Bullfrog SPF 36 was rated as “good” by a local dermatologist but it lacks zinc oxide or titanium dioxide, the ingredients needed to be really effective against skin cancer. These ingredients reflect/block the damaging UVA and UVB solar radiation. The new zinc oxide additives are transparent unlike the old lifeguard “white nose” varieties.
